Make sure there are fresh working lightbulbs in all the fixtures. Replace old or worn toilets and vanity’s. The biggest selling points are the bathrooms and the kitchen. Add a fresh coat of paint to the cabinets or even consider replacing them if they are broken, falling apart.

Tip #6 – Set the Right Price
